Lying on a float you will slide on the water. A wet suit, life jacket, helmet, a pair of flippers to propel and steer yourself and a float.
A guide will accompany you in the water for the whole journey.
Information
Meet at ‘A Boste’ headquarters in the village of Sauveterre de Béarn at 09.00 hrs. for provision of special equipment.
For the ½ day excursion you will experience either the river ‘ le Gave d’Oleron’ or the river ‘le Saison’ during a descent of 5 km.
At the departure point a short initiation will allow you to discover the speed and rich diversity of the river during the 5 km descent (approx. 1½ hours).
You will need to bring :
- A swimming costume,
- a towel
