Lying on a float you will slide on the water. A wet suit, life jacket, helmet, a pair of flippers to propel and steer yourself and a float. A guide will accompany you in the water for the whole journey. |

Meet at ‘A Boste’ headquarters in the village of Sauveterre de Béarn at 09.00 hrs. for provision of special equipment. For the ½ day excursion you will experience either the river ‘ le Gave d’Oleron’ or the river ‘le Saison’ during a descent of 5 km. At the departure point a short initiation will allow you to discover the speed and rich diversity of the river during the 5 km descent (approx. 1½ hours). You will need to bring :
