Week-end fast water : games, relaxation and cheerfulness

In the Pyrenees, you will discover over a weekend the sports of being in fast water. The 1st day is a rafting descent, with barbeque lunch mid-way. The 2nd day, a morning swim in fast water and in the afternoon a descent on a kayak (sit on top) (this will end your weekend). The full board accommodation is in a gîte in Sauveterre de Béarn, in a XIIth house with all modern conforts: en suite bath rooms, rooms with 1 or 2 beds, meals based on the old cuisines of the Béarnaise and Basque regions.
